With change comes great opportunity. Essentially Women is incredibly excited to provide more education than ever before at this year’s Focus Conference. When planning Focus Conference, we usually consider the conference venue and time constraints when scheduling our sessions. Because we are going virtual this year, we have the opportunity to offer more education than ever before.

Focus: The EW [Virtual] Conference will offer 8 live sessions beginning Monday, Jan. 25 through Thursday, Jan. 28, 2021. Sessions will be at 10 a.m. CST and 1 p.m. CST. There will be time before, in-between and after the sessions for you to visit our virtual exhibit hall. Each education session will be recorded, so if you are unable to make each session, you can catch the recorded session when you schedule allows anytime between Jan. 29 to Feb. 28, 2021.

In addition to the 8 live sessions, we will also be offering more than 10 additional on-demand courses, all with CEUs. All sessions speakers can be found at focus.essentiallywomen.com/speakers, but here are some of our highlights.

Dana Donofree: How to Engage Your Community Through Marketing & Events

Dana Donofree is the founder and owner of AnaOno. As a breast cancer thriver, she created AnaOno after she had searched for the perfect underwire bra that would fit her body after her mastectomy. Like with her search for the perfect bra, women who are newly diagnosed or their friends and family members are looking for information on breast cancer. Is your business the destination for this information in your community? Dana will share her insight on building brand awareness, customer engagement and brand loyalty.

Miriam Lieber: Leadership and Business Practice Optimization

Business optimization is increasingly important, especially during COVID-19. Optimizing your resources is an effective approach to achieving operational efficiencies. Through strong leadership, automation and process improvement, a business should gain market advantage and improved profitability. Join Miriam’s session for a discussion of business key measures and benchmarks to help guide your staff. Learn techniques on how to lead by example to maximize staff buy-in, especially in challenging times.

The Early Bird pricing of $75 per person has been extended through Nov. 30th! To register or for more information, go to focus.essentiallywomen.com.
