Ryan Weber is a Data Scientist I for VGM & Associates where he has been since 2019. Ryan is responsible for researching, identifying, analyzing, and building actionable insights for the increasingly large number of Data VGM accumulates over time. Ryan has also started to become more responsible for incorporating predictive analytics within the organization to identify key trends and continue reviewing processes within the organization as well as continuing to optimize them.  Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree in Statistics as well as Finance from the University of Northern Iowa and is in the process of earning his Master’s in Business Analytics from the University of Iowa. Ryan enjoys running, basketball, and playing video games in his free time.
