Jeff Kessler is a Partner Account Manager for the Clinical Mobility and Accessibility at VGM & Associates. He helps partners identify growth opportunities within the membership and align initiatives, ensuring accountability between VGM and partner teams in areas such as sales, marketing, and other stakeholders. He focuses on collaboration and strategic planning to achieve shared goals.

Jeff previously served as the Director of Client Success at VGM Market Data, where he helped clients understand the impact of market intelligence on business growth and expansion. He began his career at VGM in the managed care division, VGM HOMELINK, coordinating DME, O&P, urology/ostomy supplies, complex rehab, and electromedical supplies for patients. As a Workers’ Compensation Operations Specialist, he collaborated with leadership to ensure team member success and oversaw companywide adherence to system and organizational controls. In this role, he was a member of the VGM/HOMELINK compliance committee, contributing to their impeccable compliance record with contracts and regulations.

In 2019, Jeff joined the provider relations team, gaining deeper insights into the challenges faced by providers and clinicians in the evolving healthcare industry. He also held the position of Director of Member Services at Club Procure (formerly VGM Club), served as Secretary on the VGM Young Professionals Committee, and acted as Corporate Tour Guide for visitors and guests. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Conservation Biology from the University of Northern Iowa.
