Heather Trumm is a Partner Account Manager for the HME, Respiratory, and Wellness channel in VGM & Associates. In her role, she helps partners identify growth opportunities within the membership and align initiatives, ensuring accountability between VGM and partner teams in areas such as sales, marketing, and other stakeholders. She focuses on collaboration and strategic planning to achieve shared goals.

As a wound and ostomy nurse, Heather is also a clinical resource for members and partners on wound care, whether you are getting into the field or are experienced in the wound care space. Heather’s past nursing experience encompasses medical/surgical, community and public health, and home health care. She also worked in sales for major healthcare corporations.  Heather has lectured at conferences, tradeshows, and seminars across the United States.  She is a member of the National Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society, a current Public Policy Committee member for the WOCN Society, a Past President of the Iowa Affiliate of the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society, and a supporter of the National Nurses Association.
