Cindi Petito has practiced as an occupational therapist for 29 years in multiple healthcare settings, treating individuals with traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, progressive neurodegenerative diseases, amputees, and aging adults.
She has 25 years of experience working in complex rehab technologies (CRT) for all ages, including wheeled mobility and custom seating, home accessibility products and home modifications, and various assistive technologies such as smart home technologies.
As the former owner of a private therapy practice, she has experience providing patient care services for several funding sources, including Medicare, Medicaid, managed care organizations, the Veterans Administration (V.A.), state-funded agencies, and workers' compensation. She holds a B.A. in health science and an MBA in healthcare administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute at Strayer University.
