Thank you for being our partner

Your participation in our monthly vendor partner update emails helps us connect you with our members. These emails include new partner announcements, contract cancellations, pricing updates, rebates, program information, and product changes/replacements/discontinuations. The membership highly values this information. We strongly encourage you to provide us with these updates and changes in a timely fashion.  Please provide a brief description, supporting document such as excel or pdf, image or link to an article, pdf, etc. You may reference your contract for specific stipulations.

Please use the form below to provide us with your content and please make sure to name your files using this format: YourCompanyName_MonthYear_ShortDescription

Submission Guidelines

  • Your company may submit up to 2 products per issue to be featured.
  • There is a 75-word count limit per submission.
  • We encourage product promos and newsworthy content. Product-focused content should be submitted for the Buyer's Guide. Promos and newsworthy content will be prioritized.
  • We will automatically include your logo.
  • Pictures submitted should be 400x400 pixels (square). Please plan for this size when submitting your corresponding pictures.
  • Please submit multiple forms for multiple products.
