Please participate in this brief VGM/HME News survey on the Round One Competitive Bidding process. The survey will help us predict winning bid amounts in all eight product categories in each CBA. Also, the VGM competitive bidding services team will again be on the road. VGM is currently working with your state association to visit each of the nine Round One competitive bidding areas. This summer we’ll be discussing topics to assist winning bidders and non-contract suppliers alike. Topics will include contractual obligations, contract evaluation (including tools), subcontracting for contract and non-contract suppliers (including necessary documents), change of ownership, marketing, and a legislative update. This high-end seminar series will prepare providers for their next steps as the reality that is competitive bidding rapidly approaches, as well as update providers on progress on repealing the program altogether. More information is to come in the very near future.
